Het Laatste Dorp is een single-player verhaalspel. Het spel verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens, heeft geen account, geen cloud-opslag en geen ingebouwde analytics. Alles wat je in het spel doet, blijft op jouw apparaat.
Artikel 1 — Verantwoordelijke
Verantwoordelijke voor de in dit document beschreven gegevensverwerking is EverLingeringStories, gevestigd te Heesch, Nederland (hierna: "Ontwikkelaar"). Voor vragen over deze verklaring kun je contact opnemen via info@everlingeringstories.com.
Artikel 2 — Wat het spel lokaal opslaat
Het spel slaat de volgende gegevens uitsluitend lokaal op het apparaat van de Gebruiker op, in een afgeschermde appcontainer:
- Spelvoortgang en gemaakte keuzes binnen het verhaal.
- Instellingen zoals volume, taal en toegankelijkheidsopties.
- Een lokale save-identifier die uitsluitend op het apparaat bruikbaar is.
Deze gegevens verlaten het apparaat niet en worden niet naar de Ontwikkelaar of naar derden verzonden.
Artikel 3 — Wat het spel niet doet
- Geen accountregistratie of inlogfunctionaliteit.
- Geen telemetrie, analytics of crashrapportage.
- Geen advertenties, advertentie-IDs of trackingpixels.
- Geen profilering of geautomatiseerde besluitvorming.
- Geen toegang tot contacten, locatie, camera, microfoon of andere systeempermissies buiten wat strikt nodig is om het spel te laten draaien.
Artikel 4 — In-app aankopen via de App Store
Optionele digitale inhoud wordt aangeboden via in-app aankopen. Deze transacties verlopen volledig via de Apple App Store. De Ontwikkelaar ontvangt van Apple uitsluitend geaggregeerde verkoopgegevens zonder herleidbare persoonlijke informatie. Op de verwerking van betalings- en accountgegevens door Apple zijn de privacyvoorwaarden van Apple van toepassing.
Artikel 5 — Verwijderen van gegevens
Alle door het spel opgeslagen gegevens worden verwijderd op het moment dat de Gebruiker het spel van zijn of haar apparaat verwijdert. Omdat er niets op servers van de Ontwikkelaar wordt opgeslagen, is geen verdere actie nodig.
Artikel 6 — Rechten van de Gebruiker
Onder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) heeft de Gebruiker recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering en beperking van gegevensverwerking. Omdat de Ontwikkelaar geen persoonsgegevens verwerkt, zijn deze rechten in de praktijk niet van toepassing op Het Laatste Dorp. Voor eventuele vragen of verzoeken kan contact worden opgenomen via bovenstaand e-mailadres.
Artikel 7 — Kinderen
Het spel is niet bestemd voor personen onder de achttien (18) jaar. Er worden van geen enkele gebruiker gegevens verzameld.
Artikel 8 — Wijzigingen
De Ontwikkelaar behoudt het recht deze verklaring te wijzigen. Een nieuwe versie wordt van kracht zodra de Gebruiker een bijgewerkte versie van het spel installeert. De actuele versie is altijd terug te vinden op everlingeringstories.com/legal/het-laatste-dorp/privacy.
Artikel 9 — Toepasselijk recht
Op deze verklaring is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement 's-Hertogenbosch, Nederland.

Het Laatste Dorp is a single-player narrative game. The game collects no personal data, has no account, no cloud storage, and no built-in analytics. Everything you do in the game stays on your device.
Article 1 — Data Controller
The controller responsible for the processing described in this document is EverLingeringStories, established in Heesch, the Netherlands (hereinafter: "Developer"). For questions about this notice, please contact info@everlingeringstories.com.
Article 2 — What the game stores locally
The game stores the following data exclusively on the User's device, inside a sandboxed app container:
- Game progress and choices made within the story.
- Settings such as volume, language and accessibility options.
- A local save identifier that is only usable on the User's device.
This data never leaves the device and is never transmitted to the Developer or any third party.
Article 3 — What the game does not do
- No account registration or login functionality.
- No telemetry, analytics or crash reporting.
- No advertising, advertising IDs or tracking pixels.
- No profiling or automated decision-making.
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or any system permission beyond what is strictly necessary to run the game.
Article 4 — In-app purchases via the App Store
Optional digital content is offered through in-app purchases. These transactions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store. The Developer receives only aggregate sales data from Apple, without identifiable personal information. Apple's privacy terms apply to the processing of payment and account data.
Article 5 — Deletion of data
All data stored by the game is deleted at the moment the User removes the game from their device. Because no data is stored on the Developer's servers, no further action is required.
Article 6 — Rights of the User
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Because the Developer does not process any personal data, these rights are in practice not applicable to Het Laatste Dorp. For any questions or requests, please contact the e-mail address above.
Article 7 — Children
The game is not intended for persons under eighteen (18) years of age. No data is collected from any user.
Article 8 — Amendments
The Developer reserves the right to amend this notice. A new version takes effect when the User installs an updated version of the game. The current version is always available at everlingeringstories.com/legal/het-laatste-dorp/privacy.
Article 9 — Governing law
This notice is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
