The village opens next week
The first readers get to step inside.Het Laatste Dorp is running in TestFlight. The app does what it needs to do. Episodes load, choices route, saves survive closing and reopening. Polish and bug fixes are still to come, a few iPhone measurements need more work, but the skeleton is standing. Episodes 1 through 5 are done. The text is as good as finished.
And that means it’s time for other eyes.
I’m opening the beta for the first five episodes. The first testers go in sometime next week. This is the moment I’ve worked towards for a long time, and honestly: I can’t wait to put the story into other hands.
I’m looking for readers who want to go through the episodes at their own pace. Not to prove that it works, but to notice where it catches. A word that sits wrong. A choice that feels heavier than intended, or lighter. A silence that’s too short, or too long. An Echo that returns at the wrong moment. What I’m asking for is honest feedback from people reading the story for the first time.
